As a brand new social distancing procedure, Mc Gowans are delighted to announce that we have installed a new internal phone line where customers can phone each table and continue to chat and mingle in respect to the HSE COVID-19 guidelines.

Singles Night
We all know dating these days is all about swiping right… but it doesn’t have to be.
Generally, on the first Friday of every month up in the upstairs area, we have our legendary Single’s Night. It’s a great night out for anyone who would rather say hello to a real face rather than simply to match all the time.
Our next singles night is still to be confirmed.. but we excited as ever to get back in the swing of things and make some matches!
Highlights of our Single’s Night includes Pub Tinder, the Traffic Light Ball, group games to break the ice, sneaky surprises, drinking games and so much more.
It’s a guaranteed great night if you’re single and definitely ready to mingle.
Thursday Night
Cheers to the weekend early with our classic Thirsty Thursday.
Whether you’re done with Uni for the week, that’s the end of night shifts for a while, or you need a reason to attack the weekend before Friday is even on the calendar, Thirsty Thursday is here to help.
For those who go above and beyond at work, the Frontline Party every Thursday Night lets nurses, teachers and guards in for free in with Valid ID. It’s our way of saying thanks for all the hard work.
Super Sunday
We know what it’s like working in the industry. That’s why our Industry Night on Sundays is the ideal way for staff in the industry get to let their hair down as the weekend draws to a close.
Our Smartphone Quiz takes place every Sunday at 8 pm, so get your best eggheads together to win the big prize or pick up one of the many spot prizes we have throughout the evening at the best quiz in Phibsboro.
